Position Title: Business Intelligence Specialist, Senior (Multiple Positions Available)

Location: 1 S Main Street, New Bremen, OH 45869

Summary of Duties: Supports business operations or customers by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information. Modifies existing or creates new reports and dashboards to assist in the planning and decision process. Mentors other Business Intelligence Developer and Report Developers. Uses tools, methodologies, and processes to transform and consolidate large amounts unformatted data into a visual format in the form of dashboards, reports, etc. Builds, enhances, and supports data modeling and extraction of data elements from multiple internal or external databases to meet business or customer reporting requirements. Designs and builds data load process by taking all dependencies into consideration. Supports data loading and extraction processes including ensuring optimal performance. Recommends and develops new metrics that may benefit the company or customers. Provides context analysis and suggestions based on items discovered during data review. Uses complex logic to create, test, and maintain complicated reports necessary to support business or customer requirement. Identifies data needed to provide the desired output. Designs and develops analytic and reporting solutions appropriate for Business Intelligence platforms. Fine tunes reports and dashboards for optimal performance. Assists with issue resolution and end user support. Provides expertise on BI reporting tools. Uses the latest techniques in the industry to make the reporting process efficient, which includes, but is not limited to, automation, speed, aesthetic designs, and reducing complexity. Works with the business to analyze data and reporting needs and translates the requirements into technical specifications. Works to achieve standardized business reports and data across the organization or for customers. Performs data analysis on analytical and reporting requirements and recommend solutions for development. Remote work available; 20% travel to home office.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and five (5) years of experience as an SAP Consultant, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Solution Architect, Module Lead, or related role. Five (5) years of experience with: SAP BW; SAP Business Objects and suite of tools, such as Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboards/Lumira, Explorer or Data Services; and SAP implementations.
