The University of North Florida Department of Nutrition & Dietetics invites applications for a 9-month Visiting Instructor, starting in Fall 2023.

Responsibilities include teaching in the undergraduate and graduate programs; assisting with accreditation duties; performing service to the department, college, university, and the profession.

Faculty Position Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition (DCN) or PhD in Nutrition or a related field by August 2, 2023, be a registered dietitian, have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in various clinical settings, have experience teaching undergraduate or graduate students, have a record of service to the profession and have a record of, or potential for scholarly research leading to peer-reviewed publications.
Ability to design and teach undergraduate and graduate courses to include advanced nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education and counseling, food service management and others as assigned (preferred).
