Injection Mold Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $21.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 12:30am)

• Test new tools, new tool follow up, troubleshoot difficult jobs, follow up with tool makers to solve mold issues
• Set up molds in machines: adjust process for quality production
• Remove and store molds and End of Arm Tooling at job completion
• Start and complete production runs, submit first and last articles to QA personnel
• Identify and distinguish color, product clarity and apparent defects while monitoring the product process

Injection Mold Technician Qualifications:

• Team player with good communication skills, ability to work well with others successfully
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable employment as a molding technician
• Experience installing, programming, and trouble-shooting automation a plus
• High school graduate, some college preferred
• ISO/SPC training a plus
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and experience with OSHA Requirements useful
• Strong willingness to continue education and research required in Industry related Materials and Technology
