Our Quality Control Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring the quality of our installs is maintained and working with clients that warranty issues that arise from time to time. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma/GED

• 4+ years HVAC experience

• Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus

• CFC, NATE or RSES certifications preferred

• Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers

• Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and on-call

• Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential equipment

• Clean driving record

• 
  Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check

• Must be willing to live or relocate to the Central Valley, CA area (Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Bakersfield and surrounding areas)
