Job Title: HVAC Equipment Technician
Requirements: Building Automation or Commercial HVAC background
Salary: $20-30/hr
Location: Birmingham, AL

- Carries out mechanical and electrical inspection and upkeep on equipment
- Determines service requirements by applying expertise and technical know-how to preventative maintenance and system operations
- Informs owner or representative of preventative maintenance inspections carried out and necessary corrective measures.
- Works in a collaborative setting to divide work and information while guaranteeing client satisfaction.
- Submits the necessary documents to the service coordinator.
- Preferred Experience: Aaon, Samsung, VRF, Commercial HVAC.
- Understanding of technical drawings with regard to the arrangement, location, and functionality of the system(s).
- HVAC certification or comparable field experience in a commercial HVAC
- High school diploma
