The Business Office at UC Clermont College is recruiting a HR Coordinator for a hybrid, full-time position. The position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will support all of the activities in the Business Office.
- Perform in day-to-day HR and payroll activities as assigned by HR Manager.
- Work with Talent Acquisition on job postings, recruitment and selection process.
- Create and monitor HR and payroll policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor unit financial reports with a major focus on payroll related activity.
- Assist the Business Officer as needed with yearly budget formulation as well as other activities that may be assigned.
- Work with HR Manager to hire staff and students.
- Act as back up timekeeper/reviewer of time sheets for non-exempt employees.
- Cross train with Financial Administrator on basic functions.
- Other related duties based on department need.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
- Experience in Higher Education.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office with a major emphasis on Excel and Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
