Boulder Designs by Curb Creations has a unique opportunity for the right individual to help market, sell, and produce our custom crafted, concrete products.

We are located in Buffalo Minnesota and are seeking a creative candidate to take charge of this opportunity in a virtually untapped market. Our franchise covers the Twin Cities area and with no real competition. With our exceptional products, the potential for growth is limited only by our own efforts. With our proprietary processing equipment, enhanced, solid concrete construction, and ongoing training you will be able to create many unique concrete items.
As far as experience we only ask that you are self-driven, motivated, and reliable. A construction/concrete background is helpful but not necessary. Your creativity, confidence, and customer service skills are necessary to build a solid foundation for growth. Sales and marketing experience a plus, but not required. You will be responsible for your success and timelines.
Employment duties include, but are not limited to:
- Being punctual with a great attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and help the company.
- Loading and Un-loading trucks and trailers for job preparation and completions.
- General knowledge of and willingness to use hand tools such as; shovels, rakes, wrenches, and other hand tools.
- General knowledge and willingness to use power tools such as; cement mixers, and other power tools.
- Helping Dave execute and implement all duties, timelines, responsibilities, and plans created for the project.
Position Requirements:
- Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude.
- Must be able to keep a schedule/timeline with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 85lbs.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transport.
- Must be willing to work as needed to complete a job.
- Self-driven, and motivated.
Wage Benefits:
- Hourly wage is based upon skill levels.
- Overtime pay is based over 40 hours per week (Sun-Sat), and is paid at time and a half of employee’s hourly wage.
- Commission pay is available.
- Paid Vacation after 1 year with the company.
- Performance bonus’ available.
