Today we are looking for a part time / year round groundskeeper to join our TEAM at Burwick Farms Apartments!

Schedule:
M-F 8 AM to 5 PM dayshift hours, 25 - 30 hours a week. Part time year round work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tree and bush trimming, grass cutting, and care of property grounds
• Ensuring property and all public interior and exterior areas on site are clear and clean
• Spring and fall cleanup projects
• Maintenance, care, and inventory of all grounds-work and housekeeping related equipment
• Assist maintenance staff in areas such as light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
• Assist maintenance staff in make readies

Job Requirements:

• General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks
• Ability to safely operate equipment
• On call for snow removal
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
