Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Sound understanding of soil, groundwater, and waste investigation and remediation strategies
  • Client engagement approach and stewardship
  • Complex problem solving as it relates to environmental remediation and economic decision making
  • Balancing the triangle of Scope, Schedule, and Budget to produce the best results possible for our clients
  • Diverse professional networks spanning the globe and multitudes of disciplines
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Opportunities to engage in a wide range of environmental and geographical settings
  • Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers and clients – effective collaborators welcome

What you will bring to the team (what they possess):

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Applied Science (Engineering, Geology, or Science)
  • 0-3 years’ experience
  • Drive and ability to obtain Professional license (Engineering, Geologist, etc).
  • Detail oriented with the ability to balance a diverse and changing workload
  • Critical thinking and problem solving – ability to identify multiple solutions to a problem
  • Willingness to respond to call outs during non-routine working hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude
  • Positive attitude, very strong interpersonal skills
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet project timelines
  • Self-motivated and willingness to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in continuing professional development
  • Must reside near our St. Paul, Minnesota office.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnights, to project sites in the Midwest
  • Travel is expected up to 50% of the time
  • The role requires safe driving skills, ability to work in the field under varied weather conditions, and ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus
