Onsite position, General office associate (Customer Service Agent) for Returns, Exchange and NCP Departments.
< Responsibilities >
- Processing Return Authorizations
- Processing No Charge Part request via GCIC system
- Reviewing service ticket and processing exchanges via GCIC system
- Training of the processes and system software is provided
< Qualifications >
- Typing speed should be upwards of 35 words per minute
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attitude to follow instructions from superiors
< Work Hours >
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Temp to Hire
- Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
- BILINGUAL A PLUS
- NOT REMOTE
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
