Front Desk Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Administrates the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional environment and culture.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, shipments and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office products.
  • Teams experience is a nice to have
  • Assertive yet friendly personality who can work well with others and in a team environment.
  • Great people skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus

Pay: $16-$19

Schedule: Full time, M-F
