Equipment Operator

Partners Personnel has immediate openings for Forklift Operator in a warehouse located near Gainesville, GA for 2nd shift . These positions provide the opportunity to be hired as a permanent employee & grow with the company. Experience minimum of 1 year. Shifts Available and Pay Range

·Monday thru Friday some Saturdays 4pm-12am

Duties and Responsibilities

· Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places using an Industrial sit-down /Forklift machine

· Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

· Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs

· Transport materials to production workstations

· Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

· Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

· Comply with company policies and guidelines

· Pull, pack, or repack orders as needed

· Assist in keeping a safe environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience operating forklift in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
• Perform simple math skills as needed
• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Adhere to a strict attendance policy

· Able and willing to follow all safety rules and regulations as specified by the client

• Must be available for overtime as needed

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
