Key Role:
Supports Joint Force Development by providing expertise in highly specialized financial, programmatic, and business analysis environment to support senior management business decisions. Applies specific functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, data entry, and analysis of data, and knowledge of program management and finance. Participates in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of policy and processes related to DoD Training initiatives. Plans, coordinates, and supports meetings and planning events involving worldwide participants to improve use of joint training resources. Contributes to the resolution of complex programmatic and financial problems using analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Works independently with some guidance and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in support to military headquarters in Program Financial Management
Experience in developing and coordinating government reports and responses
Experience in business and accounting processes and policy
Knowledge of analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite O365, including Microsoft Excel
Secret clearance
Associate's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of pertinent laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to joint training programs and related resources
Ability to effectively interpret the intent of a client’s needs and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
Ability to demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
