Job Details

The primary duties of the FBA include the following in four key areas:
o Initially for first 4-5 months upon hire, support the CFO and Private Equity sponsor in building reports and models for greater visualization to support business decisions based on data
o Take the lead on developing a robust Customer database
o Work with the accounting team to get data to determine resourcing and geographical needs
o Work with the CFO to streamline Private Equity sponsor monthly KPI reporting
o Take the lead on Trend Analysis to identify focus areas
o Other projects as assigned
o Business Process and System Automation- evaluate business processes, anticipating future scale requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
o Analyze complex business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve them.
o Gather process or reporting requirements from business users and facilitate the implementation of system processes to improve or support the business process or facilitate the creation and automation of reporting solutions.
o Become a robust user of the companies systems and financial tools in order to develop and opinion on process and procedures of how the company continues to operate.
o Develop process improvements or re-engineering as identified or necessary to deliver value or efficiency to the company
- Business Performance Support- evaluate and develop tools used by the business to provide forecasting and analysis in an effort to build a new process that is scalable for the company’s future growth and acquisition needs
o Determine what tools can be used for forecasting that will leverage our existing systems on both the sales, operations and financial in order to provide a seamless solution used by all service lines.
o Monitor the monthly business performance and provide analysis where necessary for the management team to either gain new insight or identify corrective action necessary in the business to create value.
o Participate in all sales and margin forecasting and annual planning processes.
o Serve as a resource to train users on key functions of the Company’s operating systems.
- Other special projects as assigned to support the leadership team and the Private Equity sponsor
Education, skills, and experience requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Private Equity experience a plus
- Intermediate + level Microsoft Office Skills -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, OneNote
- NetSuite ERP, SalesForce CRM, and DOMO knowledge a plus
- High degree of analytical ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities
