Facilities Coordinator
How will this role have an impact?
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for support functions of our facility spaces, vendors, systems, supplies and maintenance programs. This position reports to the Manager, Facilities and Office.
Qualifications:
Education/Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years successful experience in facilities support or similar role
- Experience with space management systems and security access systems preferred

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Is on time and ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis
- Responds quickly, accurately and confidentially to internal and external inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manages supply inventory for all locations
- Assists in maintaining positive Supply & Facility vendor relationships
- Monitors and responds to Facilities Tickets within JIRA
- Receives, sorts and delivers incoming/outgoing mail & packages daily
- Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times
- Ability to work overtime
- Assist with space management (floor plan, parking, facilitates office/workstation moves/reconfigures, maintains office appearance)
- Assists with badging/security access systems/processes
- Analyzes situations and anticipates needs and changes
- Coordinates with multiple departments for equipment and space needs relation relocation, expansion and/or consolidation
- Assists with preventative maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment
- Assists in daily appearance and maintenance of facility
- Perform daily rounds to inspect for safety and/or other facility concerns
- Partner with HR on office policies as necessary
- Provides general support to visitors
- Ability to take after hours "on call" duties as assigned
- Conference room calendar management
- Keeps building management properly informed on special projects
- Participates in the planning and execution of company events

- Maintains a neat, orderly work area
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment
- Requires working at a desk and use of a telephone and computer
- Use office equipment and machinery, including but not limited to, copiers, binding machines, and postage meters effectively
- Ability to ambulate to various parts of the building
- Work effectively with frequent interruptions
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
- Lifting requirements of 15 lbs. and more occasionally
