Description:
The main responsibility of a Big Boy F&B Cashier is to extend exceptional hospitality through prompt, courteous service to each and every Guest. We want you to make our Guests feel as if they were entering into our home to enjoy their meal, making them feel welcomed! The F&B Cashier is responsible for creating a fantastic first and last impression and a full understanding of Terrible Herbsts Inc./Big Boy operational standards, policies and procedures. It is important that the F&B Cashier can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures. The F&B Cashier must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards, top-quality food and follow all Southern Nevada Health Department guidelines and codes.
Responsibilities:
Providing a fantastic first impression and exceptional guest service
Responsible for answering the phone promptly
Seating guests properly and efficiently
Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
Responsible for proper cash handling
Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
Responsible to meet all Health Department and maintain standards
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Assist with taking guests dine-in and carry-out orders over the phone
Assist team members if needed
Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description
Qualifications:
Required
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
1 year of F&B cashiering/serving experience preferred
Must be 16 years of age or older
Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
Ability to obtain and maintain food handlers certification card
Must be able to lift 45 lbs
Excellent customer service skills
Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
Familiarity with Aloha preferred
