We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in the tech startup industry or comfortable working for a startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed.
  • Assist with basic office management tasks.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in the tech startup industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
