Job Description

Robert half is working with a well known healthcare organization to find their next Executive Assistant! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating executive appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. They will also handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails on behalf of the executives, providing timely and effective communication.
Draft, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with project management, including tracking timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude and demeanor in all interactions, both internally and externally.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
