Job Description


We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) customer support specialist for a long-term contract with an option-to-hire opportunity in Denver, CO. This role will work remotely for residents of Colorado. This position will start off at $18 per hour with eligibility for a raise in the near future. These roles will be supporting Colorado residents with website support requests such as:


  • Password reset requests
  • Assist with website navigation
  • Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Resolve user account problems
  • Assistance in handling simple problems or generic 'how to' questions.

Qualifications


Education:
H.S. Diploma and/or Computer coursework (applicable certifications) is preferred and the desire to enter into the Information Technology field.

Must be able to read and write in Spanish

Experience:

  • Good with technology
  • Computer Savvy
  • Customer Service skills

Additional Information


This long-term contract can work remotely for residents of Colorado. The hours are between 7:00 am- 5:30 pm, so flexibility to work within those hours is required. This shift will work between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

This entry-level role will pay $18 per hour and requires fluency in Spanish.
