Description
The Emergency Department at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our provider team. Bayview Medical Center has undergone an amazing transformation from Baltimore City Hospitals into a vibrant academic medical center. Building on our rich history, which dates back to 1773, we continue our commitment to better the health of our community through innovation, compassionate care, education and research. Housing Maryland's only regional burn center, a designated level II trauma center, a Pediatric Center designed for emergency and inpatient pediatric care, and Baltimore's first Level 3 geriatric emergency department, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is well prepared to provide the care necessary for the most complex emergency cases. Qualifications
Degree from an accredited medical school
Successful completion of accredited residency in EM
Board certification or board eligibility in EM
Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems
Skilled in interpersonal communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients and families
Licensure in the state of Maryland
