ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Product Management as Portfolio Manager for our Digital Product team. This individual will be responsible for driving the execution of digital products that revolutionize mental health experiences through data-driven and human-centered design approaches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate portfolio product strategy & roadmap, ensuring alignment with Digital team and company goals
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, setting clear expectations and providing guidance for their professional growth and their product portfolio/line roadmaps
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Employ human-centered design principles and data-driven methodologies to identify user needs and pain points, translating them into innovative product solutions
- Building and managing project plans to ensure products and/or features include all the resources needed to get done on time
- Manage and monitor portfolio accounting to ensure capitalization and expense tracking
- Drive development team to determine what to build and in what sequence and provide oversight of development team productivity
- Measure and report on product/project performance, making data-informed decisions to optimize and scale successful solutions, while identifying areas for improvement
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience in product management in healthcare technology
- 2+ years managing individual contributors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices in digital health, data privacy, and security
- Demonstrated track record of success building, shipping, and iterating on high value teams and products within an agile software development environment
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
