How will this role have an impact?

As a Director / Sr. Director of IT Services, you will lead a support organization that serves both internal employees and contractors as well as an external network of providers. Support functions within this organization include Service Desk, Provider Support, Desktop Support (five locations across two countries), ITSM Process Management, and Endpoint Architecture. We are looking for an experienced leader that can drive service improvements as well as process efficiencies to a rapidly growing organization.

This role will report to our Vice President / Head of IT

What will you do?

• Technical leadership of the service delivery teams as well as provide consultative technology partnership to our business functions and providers
• Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to lead change efforts through effective communication and persuasion
• Program / project owner for large scale deployments of technology
• Be a champion for the end user that keeps the end user experience as a key foundation in managing change and service delivery
• Instill a service first spirit and continuous improvement culture within your teams
• Vendor and budget management across the services portfolio
• Focus on career development and training to grow and elevate talent within the organization

We are looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience leading from the front, setting high standards of service, and is metrics driven and accountable
• Experience in driving large scale initiatives to completion
• Experience balancing and defining support staffing models and shift coverage
• Experienced in a hybrid Windows / Mac environment and relevant endpoint management tools
• Capability to determine priorities and juggle multiple demands while advancing key deliverables
• Excellent communication and client management skills to maintain positive relations with our customers (internal and external), technology leadership, and our executives
• A problem solver who can assess and develop strategies for achieving the needs of the user community
• The ability to talk to and relate to the technical and service needs to every level in the organization
• This is a hybrid role, located in the Dallas HQ office. You will spend part of your week at the HQ, but some work can be done remotely.
