ResProp is looking for a Director of Business Development in our Austin market to help grow our third party management capability. As a new teammate, you will be joining an exciting, early phase growth phase of our business and help us evolve into a tech-forward property management service that will change the industry as we know it today. What you'll be doing year one:

• Establishing a robust pipeline of 3rd party property management opportunities.
• Owning the deal process from the first interaction with the property owner until the property is fully handed over at close.
• Teaming with operations to continually improve the property management capability.
• Driving success by providing leadership and innovative strategies to teammates on the 3rd party business development team.
• As we grow, building a team that ensures sustainable growth.

What you must have:

• 5+ years experience and a track record of high performance in multifamily property operations/acquisitions
• Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time
• Strong track record of sales experience
• Financial acumen to underwrite real estate and manage a deal process
• Flexibility: In the future, there may be pivots to other parts of our business (e.g. capital raising for our private equity capability, selling technology solutions through our tech platform, etc…)
