Job Description

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and fun person to join us as a Chief of Staff to the CEO.

This isn't a super cookie-cutter job. We are looking for someone who can help with analytics (i.e., Google Sheets/Excel), Facebook ads, Influencer Marketing, TikTok (explaining what TikTok is and why people like it, primarily) and lots more. Basically we are hoping to get someone who is highly motivated and smart enough to figure out a variety of questions at a high level.

Our company is currently 6 people, all of whom have similar entrepreneur-first job setups. We all take on a variety of high-value projects across the entire digital marketing space, as well as working together to grow our own company. We are looking for someone a bit junior (probably 3-5 years out of college), who is excited about the prospect of getting a guided, low risk, highly-trained experience of entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building, maintaining and improving reporting tools, largely in Google Sheets, to provide team members with valuable data insights.
• Building and optimizing ad campaigns across a variety of platforms including: Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
• Designing and managing an influencer-marketing program using technology platforms such as Grin or Aspire to deliver high-quality influencer content to our clients.
• Working with senior team members to manage client relationships and communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
