Soo Hoo Customs Broker is a small business in Commerce, CA. , We assist in national and international brokerage and freight forwarding needs with over 100 years of expertise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of customs entries for clearance through U.S. Customs and Border Protection
- Prepare and originate entry files for processing, track and maintain import documents and shipments on excel spreadsheet
- Serve as the primary customs representative for your customer account base, ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and follow through on issues until resolution to customer satisfaction
- Assist with answering phones

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Proven track record of strong customer service skills, interacting with customers and being client focused
- Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Commerce, CA 90040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
