Description:
This team will work with Invoicing, Order Entry, Customer Communication and all things Administration. An exceptional level of communication will be needed as these candidates will be communicating and training executive and regional leadership in addition to the local market. • Verify, process, and prepare the current ERP system for the transition to the new system in mind Q2 • Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department • Data entry and process efficiency tasks in preparation for transitioning ERP systems • Learn and clean up the current ERP system while learning IFS (New ERP) so that the transition is smooth • Understand production goals and month end processing requirements • Implementation and training for the local market on the new ERP system as well as administrative duties as needed.

They are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience billing, administrative tasks, or data entry from a retail or a corporate office. Someone who is very comfortable on a computer. If they have worked through other ERP systems will have a higher chance of success but ERP experience is NOT a necessity. (MSP, SAP, ERP, salesforce are all bonuses)
