SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive actionable insights and help stakeholders make informed decisions. This position will work closely with the Manager of Data Engineering and Analytics and Data Engineers to maintain and develop data solutions to support the museum's various departments. The Data Analyst will lead the use of tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. This role will act as a liaison for the data engineering team and business analysts, as needed, in pursuit of assisting our end users in gaining confidence in their data and policies surrounding the maintenance of that data, creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. Collaborating with developers, engineers, and other leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and help develop policies for data governance

Exempt (Salaried). $70,000-$76,000/ yearly
