$71,180 - $111,060 Annualized

Purpose:

Design and execute methodologies for managing, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data that that can be used to support operational and strategic decision making with the ultimate goal of improving the quality and performance of Mental Health Partners (MHP) services.

Job Summary:

Manage, develop, organize, and execute analyses and data reports from MHP’s data infrastructure (EHR, evaluation data systems, etc.) in support of varied organizational functions, including operational and strategic decision-making, contractual compliance, managed care initiatives, and grant funding analysis/reporting. Position relies upon extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Design and execute data extraction methodologies in support of the organization’s strategic/ business decision-making processes.
  • Ensure requests for data analyses are met in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
  • Promote consistency in use of data across the organization to ensure consistent and accurate management analyses and reports.
  • Utilize a variety of analytic techniques ranging from simple data aggregation to bio-statistical analyses to complex data mining,
  • Lead interpretation and summarization of results, including synthesizing information from multiple sources, creating succinct, clear and actionable summaries, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality and performance of MHP activities.
  • Provide assistance to program staff on data implications and utility in order to build capacity to utilize data for program management and improvements.
  • Envision new and innovative ways to use program data.
  • Maintain a high level of strong customer relations through attention to the quality of activities and projects, timely completion of tasks and activities and continual efforts to collaborate.
  • Develop and generate periodic reports in support of the company’s contractual/regulatory obligations to State and Federal institutions.
  • Coordinate and execute the compilation of data for all grant-funding proposals.
  • Develop and maintain team and staff-level management reports in support of the evaluation of operational performance.
  • Meets defined individual and department goals, activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators
  • Promotes, supports and demonstrates MHP’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance Plan and Standards of Conduct on a day to day basis
  • Effectively interacts and communicates with other MHP staff/clients/customers/partners/etc.
  • Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform other essential functions of the job
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Need:

  • Relevant BA degree or MS degree
  • Three years (3) of relevant experience
  • Analytical background; Two (2) years conducting and interpreting quantitative data analyses and developing reports using a variety of software (e.g. SQL, Access, etc.)
  • Two (2) years programing experience
  • Experience with social sciences or behavioral healthcare

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to solve problems using contemplation, research, and careful judgement
  • Intermediate skills in Visual Studio 2021 and above, SQL Server 2016 and above
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and thoroughly and follow best practices
  • Advanced skills in T-SQL, SQL Server Integration Services and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of key data warehousing concepts and processes
  • Understanding of Microsoft BI architecture (ex. Gateways, etc.), functions and features
  • Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services experience
  • Knowledge of behavioral or physical health data and business processes
  • Quantitative analysis, interpretation of data, report development and presentation of information.
