Qualifications

• AutoCAD experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Description
The CAD/Data Entry Clerk role will be responsible for the organization and control of
project data to facilitate the on-time delivery of pipeline inspection reports to clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Check technical pipeline reports for common English / grammatical errors along with
technical mistakes and consistency
? Enter the pipeline inspection field data into the inspection tracking system utilizing
Microsoft Office and UltraPipe/PSAIM
? Create inspection packages from historical data for scheduled field inspections
? Create and update isometric inspection reference drawings
? Learn the use of specialized software
? Become proficient in the use of UltraPipe/PSAIM
Qualifications/Requirements:
? High School Diploma / GED
? Ability to pass federal and local criminal background checks
? Ability to pass initial and random alcohol and drug screening
? Ability and willingness to work on a Chemical / Industrial site
Desired Characteristics:
? Proficient in basic AutoCAD (specifically isometric)
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Knowledgeable in SAP
? Knowledgeable in UltraPipe/PSAIM or similar inspection tracking software
? Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils – Basic Plus Trained
