Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will leverage by creating dynamic data driven decision support toolsets. They will use high-end functional expertise and executive communication to shape data-driven insights and enable strategic decisions for I&S senior leadership. Analysts will blend functional area knowledge with an ability to use data analytics tools, understand/anticipate the strategic intent, and communicate with senior I&S leaders. The Data Analyst will work with a team of Qlik developers in order to understand customer requirements and create comprehensive development initiatives.
- 3 + years of experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or R
- 3 + years of experience with database management systems, database structures and query tools
- 3 + years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
- 3 + years of experience with Business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI
- 3 + years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization or data mining
- Provides research and analysis to help SMEs and program analysts identify options, develop relevant courses of action, and risk-based alternatives to operational challenges
- Gathers data and creates reports and presentations, reviews and organizes existing quantitative analyses
