Ryan Archer's Farmers Insurance Agency in Westlake Village, CA is hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team!


Our insurance agency is located in Westlake Village, CA, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Commercial insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you!

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and brand loyalty
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems to agent
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!

Requirements
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Reliably commute (Westlake Village, CA) or planning to relocate before starting work
