Customer service // Inside Sales Representative


Pay: $
16/hour

Location: Onsite in Richmond

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Schedule:

Off one day during the week and one weekend day

10am-7pm

11am-8pm

12pm-9pm

1pm-10pm

(When earlier shifts open, they are first offered to most tenured employees)


Job Description:

  • Handling an average of 60 to 100 inbound calls per day
  • Provide quotes for new services through series of asked questions prompted by software
  • Assisting customers looking do basic home improvements (new ceiling fan, faucet/showerhead, gas line for an outside grill)
  • Assisting customers to resolve issues with a utility such as cold air coming out of a vent, water leaks, no heat, AC unit not working, any electrical issues, no hot water, etc.
  • Upselling additional services based on information gathered in initial phone call
