We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issue.
