Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. We are a family-owned business based in the San Gabriel Valley with more than 30 years of serving commercial and residential customers around Los Angeles. Looking to bring onboard a friendly, reliable, and conscientious team member who is proactive, meticulous and posseses excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions accurately and efficiently.
- Reading daily customer account activity report and responding to an urgent issues
- Preparing monthly customer invoices
- Collecting and recording monthly payment and posting receipt in MKMS accounts receivable program
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting all interactions and
- Work with other team members within the company to address customer needs.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
- Demonstrate personal organization skills and attention to detail in filing, word processing, email composition and other administrative activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service in the Security Alarm Industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams/Excel

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
