Join our team of Customer Relationship Representatives (CRR) for a variety-filled experience in this role, you will assist our clients with a broad range of needs. As a new CRR, you’ll be supported by a group of leaders, coaches, mentors and experienced CRRs. We provide all the training you need to develop the skills needed to service customers.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to be patient while communicating with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS Office a plus

• Ability to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication.
• Listening and compassion skills to support the challenges of our diverse customers.
• Adaptability and flexibility in various work environments (i.e., working in the office, working from home, overtime, etc.)
• Ability to handle different types of situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all.
• A desire for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly and retaining information to assist with decision-making.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building relationships with existing customers all over the U.S.
• Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general insurance questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
