We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our team and assist customers who are interested in our services. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, listens well to clients and effectively handles objections.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
· Create excellent customer relations with existing and new customers to minimize customer loss
· Quality customer aquisitions
· Creating brand awareness for our client’s target audience
· Development of sales and enhancing sales skills
· Interaction with operations, administrative, and sales staff as needed.
· Understanding up to date product knowledge
Required Skills:
· 1 to 3 years experience in customer service or sales
· Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, skills
· HS Diploma required
· Ability to work independently without being micromanaged
· Strong decision-making ability
· Strong oral communication skills
· Great active listening
· Excellent organization skills
