Job Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with potential partners and customers through phone and email channels. The main responsibilities of this role will include providing product demos, answering questions, and updating our CRM system. The Customer Communications Specialist will play a key role in representing our company to external stakeholders and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demos for potential partners and customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Communicate with potential partners and customers via phone and email, answering their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers, nurturing leads and prospects through the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and CRM updates to management as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols, and adhere to relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer communications, including phone and email interactions, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential partners and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide product demos and answer customer questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar software for managing customer interactions and updating sales-related information.
