The CT Technologist is responsible for providing safe patient care, assisting the physician during procedures, performing CT procedures under the order of a licensed independent practitioner for diagnostic interpretation by a radiologist, and providing a safe procedure environment for patients undergoing invasive procedures.

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology - Required
• Certificate Venipuncture - Required

• 2 years Healthcare/Medical General x-ray - Required

• Radiologic Technologist - Certified (CRT) Current California - Required
• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
• Rad Techs - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Required
• CT Computed Tomography - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Must be Obtained within 6 months of hire for new hires

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
