Back Of HouseKitchen Prep/Line Cook:

This position's primary responsibility is to provide timely, accurate preparation of food items. Duties also include fulfilling ticket orders accurately and efficiently producing food according to established recipes, keeping a clean organized kitchen; maintaining a well-stocked line by preparing ingredients as needed.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
