Who are we?

MOOV Seattleis a women-owned, boutique pilates studio located in South Lake Union. We are looking for a content creator to join our team who has a growth mindset and wants to become a part of our community!

MOOV opened about 2 years ago and we are really excited about this season of growth as a small business. As we grow, we are looking for people who are eager to work with others, are visionaries, and are willing to adapt as we learn. We want people on our team who want to be part of our community, will connect with clients, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Most importantly we are looking for someone that is a go-getter, ahead of the game, and willing to try new ideas, even if they fail. We aim to be a bright light in a city that can feel dark and lonely at times.

What are we looking for?

Social media is a big part of our marketing and online presence, and we want to bring on someone who can create content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. We want these videos to convey our mission, community, and atmosphere through social media. We want to share what we do both in studio and in our community, but also share new pilates moves, weekly goings ons, what's happening in the community, around SLU, etc... all while trying new things and keeping up with the trends. We have ideas but want you to come to us with ideas as well!

It's important that someone wants to be a part of our community, taking classes regularly and getting to know the team and clients!

• Weekly hours worked: ~4 hours per week.
• Deliverables: 8-10 Reels/TikToks per month.
• Weekly meetings with the Marketing Manager to plan/discuss upcoming videos.
• Base-level content schedule is determined a month in advance, with details and shooting needs determined more regularly (e.g. weekly).
• Works in-studio with instructors and staff to create Tik Toks/Reels/video content
• Videos are reviewed with the Marketing Manager on a regular basis.
• Coordinates with the Events Coordinator to attend events and create content while at them.

Details

This position is very part-time (we expect 16-20 hours/month) and includes a free membership to the studio. You must be local to Seattle, and while experience is appreciated, it's not required. We want you to be excited and passionate about creating Reels/TikToks, and joining our studio and community!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Content creation: 1 year (Preferred)
