Located just outside of Neenah on Highway 76, John Skotzke Concrete Construction Inc; serves the state of Wisconsin and the greater Midwest with over 70 years of expert concrete installation experience. We pride ourselves with fast, professional, and friendly installation, executed by our top notch concrete teams. Foundations really are the “foundation” of our company, however we also tackle many other concrete jobs such as flatwork, commercial, and agricultural applications.

We operate with teams that specialize in their category of work, we will find the right fit for you based on experience and abilities to perform related tasks. These categories include but are not limited to Flatwork, Wall Setters, and Finishers.

Position: General Concrete Laborer - Flatwork or Walls

Responsibilities (Depends on Team - Flatwork/Walls)

• Prepare Job Sites for Pouring
• Break Up Existing Concrete if Necessary (Flatwork)
• Assist in Pouring Concrete
• Spread Concrete (Flatwork)
• Assist in Setting Forms (Wall Teams)
• Assist in Stripping Forms (Wall Teams)
• Operate Necessary Tools and Machinery

Requirements

• Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours.
• Ability to kneel for long periods.
• Ability to Work In Adverse Weather Conditions, Mainly Hot Summer Days
• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to Work Well in A Team
• Able to be On-Time and On-Site

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver's License (Not Required but Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Concrete Formers & Finishers: 1 year (Preferred)
