Radkin the Premier Residential Services provider is seeking a professional individual with an amazing smile and superior customer service skills to train and service one of our luxury residential condominium operations in the Uptown-Galleria area of Houston. This well-established condominium requires a self-motivated individual to assist in handling requests from community residents, guests, and property management. The Concierge is the first impression when entering a luxury residential building and should project a professional and friendly image that complements the property through appearance, performance, and service orientation.

Previous concierge or customer service experience;
Genuine interest working in a residential setting;
A high level of confidentiality;
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Comfortable using basic computer skills;
The desire to learn, and deliver excellent customer service.
