Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) High Performance Computing group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a Computer Hardware/Software Support Technician.
Our team works an on-site 9x80 schedule located at our Research Education Campus with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities Include:
Provide technical support to diagnose and resolve equipment problems for computers and peripherals at the desktop and enterprise levels. Connect, install, test, upgrade, and maintain, including preventative maintenance on enterprise peripherals, hardware, software, network hardware, and software components. Repair and maintain equipment while minimizing customer down time. Support the telecommunications systems by assembling, evaluating, and testing proposed network components, and upgrading the backbone networks to new releases of firmware.
