What you get to do every day

  • Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
  • Abide by all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Act as a company representative in upholding quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
  • Record all customer payments to the correct reports
  • Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines
  • Guarantee payments are processed
  • Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received
  • Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
  • Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Proficiency in keyword research
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions on customer accounts
  • 1-2 years of prior high-volume collections experience
