At Chuze Fitness' Kids Club our top priority is to provide a safe, FUN, creative and clean environment that kids want to be part of. The Kids Club Manager is the Ambassador for their location’s Kids Club and oversees Kids Club Team Members and leads by example in customer service, cleanliness, and culture through training, coaching, and sometimes counseling. They inspire, motivate, and develop their team through open communication and trust. They find creative solutions to problems, take creative measures to ensure employee retention, and have extraordinary people skills. The Kids Club Manager is also responsible for completing payroll, building schedules, recruiting talent, resolving escalated concerns from parents, and other administrative tasks.
