We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Lead/Expert to join our Wealth Solutions team. This role is located in Dallas, TX -REMOTE

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Acts as first point of contact for client inquires across phone, email and NetX360
  • Supports clients in addressing operational questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed
  • Applies problem solving skills and uses communication skills to delivery high quality service to clients
  • Escalated non-routine or complex issues, as needed
  • Keeps abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending meetings and trainings
  • Participates in consistent processes, tools and platforms to manage calls and cases
  • Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in a Financial Institution
