Overview:
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Mining existing accounts and developing new accounts with focused target opportunities in S/4HANA implementation/conversion, BW4/HANA implementation/migration, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) migration, Application Support Services (AMS), SAP EWM and SAP IBP.
o Engage with clients in a consultative fashion as a true partner to define and implement short to long term roadmap for SAP S/4HANA & its ecosystem including leveraging Cloud, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
o Client relationship management to provide necessary support to the clients on their SAP initiatives including handling of escalations, providing architectural guidance etc.
o Lead various solution initiatives within the SAP practice working in close collaboration with SAP's Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Retail business unit to develop market leading and differentiated offerings.
o Experience in leading complex deals working across service lines (ex. Cloud Infrastructure, Analytics, Enterprise Integration etc.) within the organization & navigating with various stakeholders (C-suite, Directors, Procurement etc.) on the client side to manage complicated negotiations and build common ground to close the deals.
o Account planning and operations that includes defining a roadmap for the account and working in close collaboration with client architects, client directors to deliver the defined roadmap.
o Build and review proposals, SoWs and contracts defining solution construct & winning themes to address key asks from the client while bringing the differentiators to the fore and their relevance to requirements.
o Program delivery and escalation management for various programs and engagements in progress, providing right guidance to the team on the ground as well as the client stakeholders.
Job Description:
  • Offshore Experience
o Work on a day-to-day basis with offshore delivery and pre-sales teams and understand the model to leverage in driving end to end sales cycle
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Target and Performance against Target (for Business Devt people)
o There two key KPIs - ACV and TCV that will be tracked for performance. Experience in carrying and achieving these metrics will be key for this role.

  • Industry Verticals
o Focus on Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and Retail Services industry sectors, with added experience in manufacturing and transportation industry verticals

  • Types of Products / services / solutions (sold or delivered)
o Sold and accountable for S/4HANA implementation/conversion, BW4/HANA implementation/migration, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) migration, Application Support Services (AMS), SAP EWM and SAP IBP.
