Kreativ Diamond State Recruiting Inc. is a professional recruiting company conducting a search for a client located in Newark, DE. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chiropractor to join a phenomenal Integrated Medical Team. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chiropractic care to patients, diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions, and promoting overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to direct patient care, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality chiropractic services, and must be coachable. The focus is on providing exceptional care for patients by having a team of professionals that specializes in eastern and western medicine. The objective is to assist patients with improving their health and live pain free using natural methods.

Job duties included but not limited to:

• Evaluate patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to identify neuromusculoskeletal conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to provide pain relief, improve joint function, and enhance overall well-being.
• Utilize additional therapeutic techniques, such as electrical stimulation, Decompression Table, to complement chiropractic treatments and facilitate patient recovery.
• Educate patients on long-term wellness and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical team to provide comprehensive patient care and referrals when necessary.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality, informed consent, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
