Job Description

Our Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with daily living skills, such as bathing and dressing, making laundry and light housework and providing transportation services to/from appointments. This position is ideal for energetic and reliable individuals who have a desire to work with seniors. We are looking for professionals who can work independently while still being driven by team work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the home with personal care, treatment, and activities of daily living.,Maintain patient records, as required by state regulations.
• Document patient's home environment.
• Assist patients in living independently.,Assist patients in accessing community resources.
• Assist patients in maintaining their home.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
