Influential is looking for an experienced Associate to join our Campaign Management team. The Associate will assist with day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role will support our campaign management team in presale and during the execution of influencer campaigns in post sale, eventually leading their own initiatives for campaigns at smaller budgets. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail, loves project management, and all things social media.

In general, on a typical day you will:

• Help drive the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for clients across beauty, auto, CPG, finance, gaming, hospitality, and more

• Manage the workflow and completion of tasks within our project management platform
• Oversee Influencer "casting", negotiation, contracting and content management across different brand campaigns.
• Support the campaign management team in all aspects of planning and reporting across presale and post sale
• Coordinate closely with Campaign Management on campaign needs to ensure scope, timelines, and protocols are being met
• Act as liaison between talent and Influential to ensure deliverables and payments are organized and timely
• Communicate effectively (written & verbal) with campaign management and other key stakeholders such as Account Management, Research & Analytics, and Operations to ensure client needs are being met
• Become an expert in our proprietary tech platform, organizing talent, and campaign information as necessary

Being an Associate, Campaign Management requires:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience working in digital, online or advertising environment
• Experience managing and coordinating simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with even stronger attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where details often change
• Knowledgeable and/or interested in all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
• Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms
• You keep up with the latest trends and innovations within the world of social media

Bonus points if:

• Experience at a marketing-tech or media start-up
• You're passionate about social media and/or influencer marketing

Estimated salary range after conversion:

$50,000 - $60,000
